LAYER UP & STAY COZY FT. ADIDAS ORIGINALS CAMPUS
The latest shoot I did for Finish Line features adidas Originals - Campus. It was great timing because we were headed to New York right at the same time. What better way to give off a fresh look than adding a fresh view with it? Brooklyn was the place to shoot this look, and I couldn't be happier with the turn out. We did things different and took some Instax photos as well! For those who are asking about how I got no people in my Brooklyn Bridge shot, we got up before Sunrise on a week day and took the photos then. People only traveling to work are usually the ones crossing the bridge at the time, and it's easy to take pictures and dodge people!
The look I usually go for is comfortable. I've been more accustomed to wearing baggy tee's versus crop tops (don't get me wrong, crop tops are still my shit). Layers are your best friend in the winter. You can play up different styles with sweaters & coats/parkas. New York actually left me with no choice but to layer because the mutha effin Bomb Cyclone just hit the city when we arrived. And while it may not look like it, the outfit in the Red adidas Originals Campus' was the coldest day for us. It was 23 degrees but felt like 15. I was freezing, couldn't feel my fingers and felt like my soul froze. BUT I had to suck it up and kill the shoot! Anything for the shot, right?
