adidas x 29ROOMS LA
This Saturday morning I had a much needed work out with adidas & Refinery 29. We worked out our booty, core & mixed in some High Intensity Interval Training led by the beautiful Natalie Yco.
I loved this work out because you don't need to get to the gym only to get a good work out in! I'm a sucker for resistance bands because they're easy for traveling, cheap but extremely effective.
Natalie Yco's powerhouse workout was filled with pulsating reps of squats, clams, donkey kicks, etc. mixed with kick boxing. I hear she created one of the best butt work outs at Equinox in LA sooo I'm definitely going to try to take that class soon!
