I grew up with Adidas. I had the Superstars and even ran in them in PE (Yung Michelle was not at all athletic, FYI). As I got older and more involved in fitness, I started understanding the importance of the technical details on athletic apparel. I started learning what was best for my body, the type of of work out I'm doing and what fits my style.
