DISCOMFORT IS WHERE I'M MOST COMFORTABLE

I had the blessed opportunity to visit This Is a Day's Pop Up shop and have a sweat session. I had no idea what to expect as far as the class goes, but I knew I needed a good work out that day. I absolutely loved the simplicity of ADay's Pop Up shop. To me, less is more and this was definitely up my alley when it comes to decor.

I strongly believe in the purpose of ADAY because it was created for the MODERN woman. The woman who is a workaholic, passionate, a goal digger who still needs to get her fitness game up.

Let's talk products. Activewear is a must have in almost every brand now, so almost everyone has a good idea of what's high in quality.

The fabric for the sports bra is light weight, breathable and moisture wicking. I wore this outfit during class to test it out and am extremely satisfied with the quality of these work out clothes. It has a silk feel, is UV resistant and wrinkle resistant.

The leggings are so comfortable. They are stylish yet subtle so I know I can style and wear these outside of class. I feel as though this would be perfect for hot yoga. Like the sports bra, the fabric is light weight & moisture wicking. It's also stretchy, pilling resistant & dries quickly. BONUS: There's a secret pocket on your leggings for your phone!!!
