BENCH STEP UPS: STRENGTHEN HAMSTRINGS, QUADS & GLUTES

3 sets of 12 each leg

* Don't forget to squeeze those glutes when you go up! 


PULSE SQUATS: GRIND IT

3 sets of 25 Seconds

*Watch your form! 


BICYCLE AB TO LEG LIFT

Start off with bicycle kicks left to right then straight into a leg lift. Don't stop till you hit 15 reps! (3x15)
