"God Bless the Woman with Ambition."

There's a first for everything. I recently was interviewed by the Toronto beauty, Miss "Chesca" Castor.  She has started a series of women who have all one thing in common: Ambition. I was incredibly honored about this opportunity and hope that after reading this will inspire you to never give up on the impossible.

I wanted this series to reflect a sense of inspiration. These women are hustlers, dream chasers, and want to spread love and light to those who are also chasing their dreams. Francesca Castor

Francesca Castor: You’re such an inspiration to people and it’s great seeing the amount of support you receive with everything that you’ve done up to this point. What inspires you?

Michelle Carigma: I get inspired by the people that I meet, the places that I have been, experiences, and the people who have walked in my life and those who walked out.

FC: In the midst of how busy and crazy life gets, how do you stay inspired?

MC: I set goals for myself: daily, weekly, monthly, short term or long term. I have my Passion Planner where I jot down all my goals & scribble new ideas. I write down the steps it will take to make my vision into reality. I also listen to motivational videos via YouTube. I created a playlist of the videos that hit me the most. Listening to these videos has helped me get through the times I felt uninspired.

FC: While you are an inspiration to others, who or what would you say is your biggest inspiration?

MC: God, family, friends, and my readers are my biggest inspirations.

1.       God for giving me purpose.

2.       My family whom I hope to make proud of someday.

3.       My friends who have been behind me 100%. They believed in me & motivated me to always do better.

4. I can't forget the people who have been following my journey. They saw my worth before I did. They complete ME.

FC: Self-doubt is something that people encounter all the time. Whether it be work related, personal or otherwise. What motivates you to keep going even though you have self-doubt creeping up on you?

MC: Self-doubt will always be upon us. It's what you make of it that really matters. I like to turn my negatives into positives & problems into blessings. I'll use that self-doubt as motivation. You can’t let self-doubt get to your head. You need to push forward and keep going with what you were born to do.

FC: You’re all about female empowerment, always moving to support other women in their own hustles and accomplishments. Do you find that you have a strong female support system yourself?

MC: I am so blessed to have a strong female support system. I surround myself with the people I would like to become. We are able to feed off each other’s positive vibes. We all have different goals, but ambition is our common denominator.

FC: If there is a message you want to tell yourself, or anyone out there trying to reach their goals/dreams, what would it be?

MC: You need to go for your dream no matter how unattainable you think it is. Life is going to go on whether you like it or not. You want to live not just exist. If you're not doing what you love, what is defining you then? Remember, "The wealthiest place on the planet is the graveyard because in the graveyard you will find inventions that we were never exposed to, ideas/dreams that never became reality, hopes & aspirations that were never acted upon."

FC: What is your ultimate goal? (if you can share)

MC: To create something that will impact others to live, feel & do better, not only for them but for the next generations to come.

FC: Lastly, if there's one quote that would sum up your 'hustle' what would it be?

MC: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. "
